New luxury cottage with a fireplace, large living room and 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms. It is located in the well-known Podhale town – Poronin and offers many opportunities for recreation.
A fireplace is an indispensable element of highlander tradition. It is the heart of the house, a place where everyone spends time together. Therefore we’ve located it centrally, making it visible from anywhere in the living room. It is great to warm up in the warmth of the fireplace after a day of skiing, thermal baths or exploring Zakopane. The base is made of beautiful, monumental rock, however, the upper part is very unusual. We decided to give it an openwork structure. As a result, heat spreads throughout the home during smoking. Beautiful, modern form and at the same time ergonomic and energy makes the fireplace energy efficient solution.
A well-equipped kitchen with a stone wall and furniture with fronts made of old boards adds a rustic touch to the interior. Dining room is located next to the kitchen and it contains traditional table and beautifully carved highlander chairs.
Home furnishings such as beds and tables are hand made by local craftsmen or, in the case of armchairs and cabinets, elaborated in antiques shop.
The facility has four bedrooms – one on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor (including a mezzanine for two older children, which is a great place to play).
Bedroom layout
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with a beautiful, majestic headboard and a glass, comfortable bathroom.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms
Southern bedroom with a double bed is for a couple. The combination of black accents harmonize with matt glazing, quilted headboard and beautiful lamps. Connecting the bedroom with the bathroom by placing a shower in the room is a nod to modern design.
Eastern bedroom is ideal for couple with kid. This roomhas beautiful morning light.
Western bedroom is the largest room with a queen size bed and a beautiful headboard for the length of the entire wall. The bed consists of two ones, so in the case of e.g. business trip it is possible to separate the beds. The room also has a sofa with sleeping function for two and a separate private mezzanine for max. 2 children.
It is possible to add a travel cot to each room.

The house is a combination of highlander craftsmanship and modern architecture. It is distinguished by luxurious, comfortable equipment: continental beds, custom-made furniture and ambient lighting. We can not fail to mention the private bathrooms equipped with bidets or toilets with a bidet function. Black and steel accessories, glass lamps and warm fabrics complete the whole.
Our house with a fireplace is a great option for a great holiday in Zakopane. Located next to our Villa Gorsky, it offers beautiful regional architecture and many additional attractions thanks to which your stay will be very enjoyable. The area has many opportunities for active leisure such as horse riding, bicycles or hiking in the summer and skiing, snow quads or sleigh rides in the winter. The location and our garden also create many opportunities to relax in nature.
