Cottage in the mountains for vacation

Holidays are approaching. This is the time when many people wonder about the right place to spend a good time during a well-deserved vacation. In our opinion, there is no better answer than Poronin, right next to Zakopane. More specifically – our villas 🙂

In the vicinity of the majestic mountains – the Polish and Slovak Tatras – surrounded by nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will move to a place where you will have the opportunity to forget about the hardships of everyday life.

This year, a third luxurious wooden house with an area of ​​110 m2 has joined our offer. It is an ideal option for a family with children, several couples or a small group of friends. Like the two previous houses, it combines traditional elements of Podhale architecture with modern design. We have designed it with the highest standards, attention to tasteful finishes and the awareness of the importance of combining tasteful style with functionality. At the same time, large windows facing south brighten the interior of the house and allow you to constantly enjoy the wonderful view of the Tatras.

For the full comfort of our guests, the house offers a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, a large table and an atmospheric fireplace. A cozy stone fireplace surrounded by light pine wood is the heart of the house. Reading a fairy tale to a child, a glass of wine with a loved one, or conversations with friends take on a completely new, magical dimension.

The kitchen is connected to the dining room. Thanks to its full equipment, preparing a delicious meal is not a problem. The equipment includes, among others fridge, induction cooker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and of course a coffee machine. On the other hand, for guests whose dream is not to cook during their holidays, we will recommend the best proven restaurants from the vicinity of Zakopane and Poronin. On special request, an individual meal can be prepared by a hired chef. We can also order local specialties such as oscypek, bundz or korbacze.

Our guests can relax at night thanks to three cozy bedrooms with high, wide and very comfortable beds with custom-designed headboards. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom with a shower, a stone washbasin on a wooden table, large mirrors and toilets with a bidet function. Additionally, in one of the bedrooms we have created a mezzanine as an attractive place to sleep for two children. There is also a washing machine with a dryer function. Both the living room and all bedrooms in the house have a TV. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi is also available throughout the property.

Relax in the garden

A large garden will provide relaxation in the vicinity of the house. We love nature and we want to surround ourselves with greenery, which is why we plant new trees and flowers in it at every opportunity. Our guests can relax on the sun loungers enjoying the beautiful view of the mountains, and children can play on the playground with a swing, sandpit and slide located on our premises. The holiday atmosphere is introduced by the possibility of preparing tasty morsels in a comfortable grill house with a table and benches or in the open air by the fire. At the end of the day, truly royal relaxation will be provided by a sauna or – for bubble lovers – a hot tub.

What to do outside the home?

The vicinity of Zakopane is, above all, a great place for active recreation, regardless of the season, and therefore also during the holidays. The Tatra Mountains are of course the biggest attraction. They offer both easier routes, ideal for family walks – for example along the Kościeliska Valley or the Chochołowska Valley, which can arouse love for the mountains for a lifetime, and demanding climbing routes for experienced mountaineers, such as Orla Perć.

Everyone who comes to us should visit Morskie Oko, where he will be delighted with the beauty and majesty of the surrounding mountains, including the view of the highest Polish peak – Rysy (2,499 m above sea level). The experience of almost unlimited space is provided by the view from the Kasprowy Wierch (1987 m above sea level) located in the middle of the main ridge of the Tatra Mountains, which we enter by cable car from Kuźnice, or which we can enter on our own through an easier or more demanding trail. We will also take the cable car to Gubałówka, and chairlifts – to the top of Butorowy Wierch in the Gubałówka Range, to Harenda, or even to Wielka Krokiew.

Man does not live by the mountains alone – at least not everyone 🙂

Our surroundings will also delight lovers of cycling, Nordic walking, rope parks, quads, and even horse riding. For those looking for a peaceful rest, a visit to the nearby thermal baths, galleries in Zakopane, museums, a lapidarium or a center for active protection of reptiles and amphibians will be an ideal solution. When visiting Zakopane, most tourists start from Krupówki, from which we can continue our walk along Zamoyskiego Street. We will reach Wielka Krokiew through Tetmajera and Piłsudskiego Streets. Walks along Kościeliska Street or along the Avenue of Tatra Mountains Guides to Kuźnice can also provide pleasant impressions.

In short, we have everything here, except maybe the sea 🙂
