New luxury house – Zakopane
A new luxury house located next to our Villa Gorsky has joined our offer of luxury homes. In a picturesque place away from the city traffic, we offer unique interiors combining tradition with modern elegance. Decorative construction based on local architecture, combine beautifully with black steel, natural stone and warm fabrics.
The house is composed of living room with a fireplace and comfortable sofas, kitchen and 4 bedrooms. Dinning area is east-oriented. Therefore beautiful, morning light falls inside the house during breakfast. The fireplace with a stone base and open steel structure, is not only very original in it’s form but also ecological solution. Created heat circulates around the house. Kitchen fronts made of old, burnt wood give the kitchen a rustic character. The kitchen is equipped with all need appliances. It allows for convenient cooking. Moreover there is also a coffee machine, toaster and spices. Floor heating and strong house warming configuration makes house warm and energy efficient.
Comfortable rooms
We wanted each room to be beautiful and unique. Comfortable and cozy rooms will allow you to fully relax. Each room has its own bathroom. All rooms have handmade- quilted headboards, antique furniture, and glass lamps. Good sleep is an important element of relaxation. Therefore we paid a lot of attention to the design of the continental beds. They have a mattress located at a height of at least 60 cm. This solution is known from 5 star hotels and it makes sleeping and getting up very comfortable. We made sure that each bedroom has comfortable pillows, warm bedding and nice rugs. Elegant accessories like sculptures, photo frames and jewelry boxes complete the design of the room. All rooms are very bright thanks to large windows covering the entire wall. Light is one of the main factors of a beautiful interior.
Ergonomy is another important aspekt of good design. Therefore we have implemented many practical solutions to make sure your stay will be even more enjoyable. For instance specially designed beds with an open flap give the opportunity to slip the suitcase underneath. This creates more space in the room. In addition we placed electrical sockets or reading lights allow to charge phone and relax with a book without leaving the bed. A luxury house should also have modern technologies such as Smart TVs enabling connection to a phone or tablet, of course with access to the Netflix.
Bedrooms in every room
In every bathroom you will find beautiful stone sinks, large mirrors and tables with turned or milled legs. Each bathroom is unique and refers to the interior of the room. Additional equipment are bidets and toilets with a bidet function, fluffy towels and special cosmetics. An important element of the house is its lighting; standard, evening or night. Several lighting options, including decorative ones, will allow you to adjust the room to the time of day. There is also a discreet night lighting. Light aspect has a great impact on well-being but unfortunately it is often overlooked in the design of the houses.
